Hoggers
This high-production hogger has been specially engineered to use “cross-draft” air flow to reduce the likelihood of costly plug-ups and to be able to operate using outside air. The unit is equipped with a single “hammermill-style” arbor to produce hand-size pieces that are ideal for high-density baling.
- Features a heavy-duty arbor measuring 22″ tip to tip with reversible steel blades
- Equipped with PLC and touch screen controls to help visualize the operation, as well as to provide diagnostics and system efficiency tracking
- Equipped as standard with a current overload meter that provides automatic stopping and restarting of the conveyor feed belt when the overload setting is exceeded
- Units are available in 62-, 77-, 92-, and 107-inch widths for a variety of waste applications
- Equipped with an upper crusher pinch conveyor making this hogger capable of shredding cores that can be compressed down to 3″ thickness
- Supplied complete with NEMA 12 enclosure, conveyor belt, controls, safety cable at feed inlet, keyed on/off switch, and an arbor spin-down monitoring device
EPS Compactors (Styrofoam Compactors)
Take a product (styrofoam) that has been thrown into the trash for years and turn it into a revenue-generating product with our styrofoam recycling equipment. The EPS compactor densifies EPS (styrofoam) into blocks with a compaction ratio of 50:1. These blocks can be stacked onto a pallet and easily transported by trailer.
